CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

After the hirer has placed an order, the hirer will receive an email acknowledgement. This does not signify that an order has been accepted. An order will only be accepted when the hirer has signed the contract that we present. Therefore, the hirer has the right to cancel at any point prior to signing the hire contract and a full refund will be given.
Once the hire contract is signed, the hirer must give 7 days notice at the end of the agreed minimum hire period, in order to cancel the contract and arrange for the return of the fitness equipment. The 7 days notice can be activated by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then contact the hirer to arrange for the fitness equipment to be collected at a time convenient to the hirer (where possible).
If the hirer does not contact us in writing seven days prior to the end of the minimum contract period, the contract shall continue until otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
